What is wrong with people? Let us just start with that!
Police are currently investigating a high school student who allegedly made cookies with the ashes of his grandparents and gave them out to his classmates to eat. According to CBS Sacramento, a group of students ate the cookies at DaVinci High School that may have contained the ashes of the student’s grandparents.
Davis Police Lt. Paul Doroshov had this to say about the case, “No, this is a weird one,” he said. “I have not heard of anyone getting sick or anybody being harmed as far as physically, [or] physiologically by this,” he said.
According to police, they have encountered many cases of students bringing in pot cookies to school, but this is a first for cremated ashes cookies.
Lt. Doroshov continues by saying, “This case has been particularly challenging and we have responded appropriately and in the most respectful and dignified way possible.”
As of now, the cookies have yet to be tested but if this is true and remains were used to make the cookies, all we ask is why?! What in your right mind possessed you to do something like that? Hopefully, after the cookies are tested they will find that no remains were used in the making of the cookies, and this is a case of some students throwing a prank. We will see…
